At OMATEQ, you’ll work in challenging and dynamic environments where your expertise meets innovation head-on. You’ll help our clients drive technology strategy, scale engineering organizations, and deliver impactful software – taking on roles such as Engineering Manager or interim CTO.

Who Are You?

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a strong background in software development.
  • Previous people leadership experience – you have managed teams and/or coached engineers with a formal personnel responsibility.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between roles – from hands-on technology leadership to strategic product and organizational management.
  • Solid experience in modern software engineering practices, cloud-native development, and scaling technical platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – able to bridge technology and business.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and prestigeless – you see opportunities in both interim CTO assignments as well as impactful manager.  
  • A friendly mindset and a desire to be in an environment where what matters is how you treat people and what you deliver.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
