We are now looking for a Backend Developer to strengthen our team of experienced consultants. At OMATEQ, you’ll work in challenging and dynamic environments where your expertise meets innovation head-on. You’ll help our clients build scalable platforms, integrate with hardware and software solutions, and deliver cloud-native applications that truly make an impact.

Who Are You?

5+ years of professional experience, you bring a strong background in backend development and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

  • Strong backend development in .NET (C#) and Java, designing and maintaining robust, high-performance applications.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), enabling cloud-native solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure as code: Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to ensure reliable and automated deployments.
  • Experience with databases and caching solutions: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
  • Familiar with cloud-native architectures, automated testing, and deployment workflows. 
  • A friendly mindset and a desire to be in an environment where what matters is how you treat people and what you deliver.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
